Eighteen years in public accounting, focusing on individuals and a wide variety of small businesses, has taught me the value of knowing clients well and meeting their needs quickly, accurately and ethically. As mentioned above, I have over eighteen years in public accounting.  I earned my certificate in 1994 after passing the CPA exam on the first sitting.  After a few years working for a sole-proprietor, I spent more than nine years at a prestigious local firm.  There I greatly increased my technical knowledge and learned to manage a large group of clients and to manage employees.  Working with a wide variety of business types gave me broad-based skills.  My strengths include expertise in closely-held businesses, high net worth individuals, and not-for-profit organizations.  From the beginning of my career, I learned and practiced all aspects of taking care of a client.  You can trust me to take care of your accounting and tax needs.
